Palmetto Superfoods x Alpha Psi

Our recent collaboration with Palmetto Superfoods was such a special reminder of how much we value community, connection, and supporting the incredible local businesses that make Santa Cruz feel like home.

We were invited to spend a media day at their beautiful new downtown location, and it truly felt like the perfect blend of creativity, collaboration, and (of course) amazing food. From the moment we arrived, the space was filled with such a welcoming energy—bright colors, fresh ingredients, and the kind of atmosphere that instantly puts you in a good mood. It made capturing content feel so natural and fun.

Throughout the day, our sisters had the opportunity to create photo and video content that reflected both Palmetto’s vibrant brand and the spirit of Alpha Psi. Whether it was capturing aesthetic smoothie bowls, candid moments between sisters, or playful clips for Instagram and TikTok, the entire experience felt effortless and authentic—exactly what we love when it comes to storytelling and media.

Beyond just content creation, we were also honored to be invited to support and celebrate their grand opening. Showing up for local businesses in moments like these is something we care deeply about. Through sharing posts, tagging, and amplifying their presence across our platforms, we were able to contribute to the excitement and visibility surrounding their new space.

And of course, we have to mention the food—because it was so good. Every bowl was not only visually stunning but also incredibly fresh and flavorful. It’s safe to say we’ll definitely be coming back (probably more often than we should).

Collaborations like this mean so much to us. As a chapter, we are always looking for ways to build meaningful relationships within our community, uplift local brands, and create experiences that bring people together. Partnering with Palmetto Superfoods was a perfect example of that—supporting local, creating content, and making memories all at once.
